My grandma recently passed away. She had it all planned out before she passed and this is the place that she chose to have her celebration of life. I am so thankful that she did because these people are amazing. They made the experience so smooth, organized, and painless. They were so kind, and helped us every step of the way to make sure everything was perfect. They even served fresh baked cookies, coffee, wine, and whatever we needed to make the experience less stressful. The limo driver was a complete gentleman and got us safely around. We hosted lunch in the banquet room after the service and the staff were amazing. Everyone was so kind, caring, loving, calm, and made the entire experience feel like a celebration of life. My grandma looked beautiful, her casket was beautiful, the flowers were beautiful, the service was beautiful, the grave site was beautiful. I wish I could find the words to express my appreciation to these people for making such an extremely difficult time an easy, beautiful experience, but I can’t. Thank you all so much for everything.

The members of Hiers-Baxley were very caring and helped us with last minute details and even found that we saved some money. They were very caring and helped us with the visitation service and met all of our requested and also with the memorial service and graveside service.
